Our residential work dates back to 1975, beginning with the restoration of a unique 1920’s bungalow in Venice, CA, and continuing up to present time with many new homes, additions and renovations in Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego counties.

Our design process is client-oriented. We work with you to establish goals, collect facts, develop concepts, determine needs, and formulate a clear statement of the architectural problem(s) we need to solve. From that solid foundation, we produce design solutions that look good, work well, and stay within budget and time constraints.  We use 3-D computer modeling during design, because we know many people have difficulty understanding architectural drawings.

We take special care to produce accurate as-built drawings for our renovation projects. We do a full inspection of the property to determine the condition of all the major building and site components, including electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. This up-front “forensic” work saves you time and money by minimizing costly construction change orders.
